cont... whether it's the abundance of food we waste that was imported from a country likely to need aid to tackle starvation or the energy we consume which must be secured with foreign natural resources from countries we would not accept as our own (Saudi Arabia/ Russia). We are such a consumerist society in our throwaway manner that even music is becoming part of advertising rather than being and realizing its own entity and possibility. Musicians soon will lose their value, because all they will be searching for is the next advert to be attached to, losing all purpose.
It is often spoken that when a society is broken (the shitstem fucking up), cultural elements like music are the key to get youth out of crime n violence to educate etc. well, for all you folk still asleep without an alarm, THE MUSIC INDUSTRY IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST RACKETS IN OUR UNIVERSE, when bands can stand on a stage and demand an end to world debt and they earn in a year a sum that would wipe a third world country's debt out, it makes one realize we are still as dumb as we were at live aid and that the artists of today do not care. It is such a realization, which makes me want and need to strive to make you, the listener recognize, you are who give us the power of our voice.
